Description
Alara was knighted in a ceremony that took four days, and she has spent the years since trying to live up to roughly the third hour of it. The greatsword is heavier than it looks and she carries it anyway, two-handed, the way her instructors insisted was inefficient right up until it wasn't. Elven patience is a stereotype. Hers is a discipline, and it cost her something to build.
Alara suits a player character who leads from the front, a knight-errant crossing the party's path on the road, or the last loyal guard of a house that no longer exists. The 32mm version drops straight into standard tabletop play. The 75mm version is built for display, where the two-handed stance gives painters a strong silhouette to work against and room for the finer detail of her armor.
