Themed Scenic Bases for Miniatures
Sculpted bases with the groundwork already printed in — dungeon flagstones, cooling lava, forest floor, sewer brick, ship's deck, cracked desert. Each set keeps one consistent setting across every size in it, so a whole unit shares the same ground without you laying a single grain of sand.
How these differ from our plain bases
Two different products for two different jobs. Our plain beveled bases are smooth PLA blanks with a textured top and a glue-free magnet hole, made for you to base yourself. These base sets are detailed resin sculpts with the terrain already there, supplied unpainted and ready for priming. If you want to do your own basing, start with the plain range. If you want it done for you, start here.
Shop by theme
Every set carries a theme, and the Base Theme filter narrows all 82 down to the one you want. Environments run from Dungeons, Caves and Sewers through Volcanic, Ice & Snow, Desert & Sand, Swamp & Mire and Forest & Woodland out to Astral & Void and Sci-Fi & Space. Others are built around who stands on them — Dwarves, Elves, Orcs, Goblins, Kobolds, Vikings, Dragons, Saurians and Undead & Cursed.
Sizes and shapes
Most sets cover 25mm plus 30mm or 35mm squares and circles, 50mm squares, circles, rectangles and pills, 60mm ovals and a larger hero base, with some ranges reaching 75mm and 100mm circles. All are sculpted for 28mm and 32mm miniatures. Filter by Base Shape for round, oval, square or mixed sets.
Where a size is listed as A and B, those are two different sculpts of the same footprint. Buy a mix and a ten-model unit stops looking copy-pasted.
Complete sets or single bases
Most listings let you do either. Pick one size from the Size dropdown when you need bases for a few models, or take the complete-set option to get the whole range at once. That is why prices here start at $0.95 and climb — the low figure is a single base, not the set.
Need a specific rules-legal size?
These sets use the footprints their designers work in, which do not map one to one onto every game's official sizes, so check the Size list on a product against what your unit actually needs. If you need an exact tournament-legal footprint, our round, oval, square and rectangular bases cover every size in current use, and our Age of Sigmar and Old World base size guides list them unit by unit.

Choosing a base set
What is the difference between a base set and a plain base?
Base sets are resin sculpts with the terrain already printed into them - rock, flagstones, water, ash - and are supplied unpainted. Our plain beveled bases are smooth PLA blanks with a textured top and a glue-free magnet hole, meant for you to add your own sand, flock and texture paste. Base sets do not have magnet holes.
What size miniatures do these fit?
They are sculpted for 28mm and 32mm miniatures, which covers most fantasy and sci-fi wargame ranges as well as roleplaying figures.
Can I buy a single base instead of the whole set?
On most listings, yes. Choose the size you want from the Size dropdown and you buy that base on its own, from $0.95. Listings sold only as a complete set say so in the description.
What do the A and B versions mean?
They are two different sculpts of the same size in the same theme. Mixing A and B across a unit stops ten models from standing on ten identical pieces of ground.
Are these the right sizes for Warhammer?
Not always. These sets use the footprints their designers work in, which do not map one to one onto every game's official sizes, so check the Size list on the product against the size your unit actually needs. If you need an exact rules-legal footprint, our plain round, oval, square and rectangular bases cover every size in current use, and our base size guides list them unit by unit.
Do they come painted?
No. Every base is supplied unpainted and ready for priming.
