Description
Urgak was raised in a town that tolerated him and trained in a camp that did not care where he came from, and he has spent his adult life deciding which of the two to be loyal to. The rage is real and he has made his peace with it. What people miss is that he chooses when it arrives. That took longer to learn than the fighting did.
Urgak works as a player character, the mercenary hired for a job that turns out to have a moral dimension, or the outsider a settlement calls on and then declines to thank. The 32mm version drops straight into standard tabletop play. The 75mm version is built for display, with heavy muscle, scarring, and rough gear that reward texture and blending.
