Tinka Brasswhistle never met a problem she could not solve with enough gears, springs and stubborn optimism. The gnome artificer's inventions are brilliant, unpredictable and only occasionally explosive.
Use Tinka as a gnome player character, an eccentric inventor NPC or the party's resident tinkerer, or paint the larger version as a display piece.
