Description
Kalafor came down from the high eyries on purpose and has never fully explained why. His order asks little of him and he gives it a great deal anyway, which the other students find either inspiring or exhausting depending on how their own morning went. He is patient with everyone except himself, a habit he is aware of and has made no serious effort to break.
Kalafor works as a player character, the senior student sent out to retrieve something the monastery lost, or the traveling monk who joins the road for a stretch and then is simply gone one morning. He pairs naturally with Chala as a second figure from the same order. The 32mm version drops straight into standard tabletop play. The 75mm version is built for display, where feather groups and layered robes reward slow, deliberate work.
